Sales Executive
Job Description & Qualifications
Job Summary
Responsibly for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly goals as a sales consultant for emerging industries and markets to include prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customers. This position requires operation of a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Manages sales volume with an existing group of customers and prospect new accounts to expand the customer base.
- Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in assigned area.
- Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of the organization.
- Attends monthly business meetings for company sponsored associations. Participates in all local trade shows, and, if required, similar regional / national activities.
- Ability to travel both local and out of town.
Education and Experience
- Experience in both domestic and international logistics sales.
- Ability to travel both local and out of town.

Logistics Coordinator
Job Description & Qualifications
Job Summary

Logistics Coordinator-Position will involve booking LTL moves (Custom Portal), TL moves (Dry Van, FB & Reefer), specialty TL (OD, Liquid & Dry Bulk), track & trace loads utilizing our proprietary software, source new carriers and negotiate rates with both vendors & customers, handle customer service issues with vendors & customers and work with accounting to clarify billing discrepancies (both A/R & A/P).
Education and Experience
- 2 – 5 years Logistics Coordinator experience is required
- Preferably with strong LTL, TL & specialty TL experience
- International freight experience is a plus
- Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
- Must have strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Operations Specialist

- Customer service and cargo tracking
- FCL and LCL import and export ocean
- General import and export customs procedures
- Arranging overseas shipments with partner international agents
- RORO and Break Bulk Experience
- Terminal operations experience
- Rate gathering and quotations to agents and customers
- General shipment accounting
- US Domestic land transport
- Rate negotiations with all types of vendors
- General export packing and crating
- Shipping Documentation
- Air Freight experience (not required, but very helpful)
Job Requirements:
- Highly skilled at customer service.
- 2-5 years of international freight forwarding experience
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Must write and speak in a professional manner.
- Spanish Speaking (not required, but very helpful)
- Able to work within MS Window applications (outlook, excel, word, PPT etc)
- Work in customs software called Ship Tech.
- Able to work in a deadline driven industry.
